Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP.
Very high english level is a must. Navision is a plus.

Reporting to the Managing Director and to the Group CFO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

Financial administration and reporting

Personnel administration

Controlling and budgeting

Risk management and auditing

Cash Management/Treasury/Banking

Cost control

Taxes

Personnel administration

Business planning/financial proposals

Office manager

Legal matters: contracts, templates.

Job Purpose

Provide leadership on financial matters in a broad sense.

Maintaining full compliance with all applicable F&A, tax, and banking, either legal or group required, external or internal.

Provide professional vision, initiatives, support, and decisive action to accomplish the company’s approved objectives and plans.

Provide undisputed reliability and confidentiality towards all responsible matters.

Act as financial conscience within the company.

Taking operational care and is in charge of all F&A (related) matters.

Stimulating and motivating the non-finance professionals/colleagues to a higher level of awareness, achievement, engagement, competency, and professionalism.

Creates and supports an atmosphere of ’a privilege to work here.

Has an IT appetite and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Is in charge of risk management.

Is the liaison to local financial institutes.

Salary package: 45.000-50.000 euros fixed salary + fringe benefits.
