We are hiring an executive assistant who will provide high-level and critical administrative support and assistance to top level executives (members of Executive Team and Brand Presidents), in line with AmRest internal policies.
Your challenges:
Managing Executive Team members calendar
Ensuring effective travel schedule and reservations for Executive Team members and arranging all travel expenses
Communication with external and internal customers to arrange business meetings, conference calls, schedules
Providing information flow between Executive Team members and the rest of the organization
Preparing presentations, draft materials and document edition
Managing correspondence and documents flow
Support to the Office Manager in organizing events for employees and department meetings
Supporting Office Manager with the execution of communication initiatives and actions
