Job Description:
Viva Gym Group require a Business Development Analyst to join their high performing technology team.
Your role will be to understand the business requirements as specified by non-technical staff, define functional requirements, and test the delivery of the solution from a range of 3rd party suppliers.
Examples of projects include member management database migration, customer App development and automation of manual processes through system integration.
The position is a full-time permanent role, reporting to the IT Project Manager. The role will cover both Brands across Spain and Portugal. You will be based in Lisbon with some travel to Málaga head office.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the IT Project Manager in a current project replacing our core member management databases
* Analyze the structure of the business to determine how it operates
* Work with subject matter experts to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements
* Document and maintain business, functional and technical requirements
* Identifying any problems with the current business model and processes
* Designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase
* Developing comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels
* Respond to questions from a wide range of functional roles
* Working closely with Product Owners, provide detailed feature and capability requirements for the members of an agile development team or teams
* Coordinate closely with QA team on test planning, writing of test cases, test execution and defect investigation
* Work with Product Management and User Experience to coordinate periodic testing throughout the development process including, but not limited to, proofs of concept, user research, trials, pilots, sneak previews, and User Acceptance Testing through Early Adopter programs
* Document final functionality of new/updated features when epics and features are completed
* Become the point of contact for internal and external teams about general product features, integrations, releases, and communications
