From Iman Madrid we are looking for Call Center Agents with Native Dutch language OR Native Swedish language for an important multinational company. You will be working as a Customer Service representative attending all the customers? needs and providing them information.
Some of your daily responsabilities will be:
- Providing Concierge Services to clients: Personal assistance for information and bookings on the move. Provide information to the client and answer to all claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to the contracted service.
- Emergency Calls Response: Vehicles automatically transmit all data relating to accidents to the monitoring center. Your mission will be to immediately make contact with the vehicle occupants and coordinate further measures.
- Coordinate Roadside Assistance for drivers: provides support in the event of breakdowns or accidents. At the touch of a button, data is transmitted to our service center where it is analyzed. Based on the diagnostic, your mission will be to arrange the appropriate assistance services.
- Track Stolen Vehicles.
What do we offer?
A full time job, long-term contract, initial contract will trough a temporary employment agency (ETT)
Incorporation would be for the 26th of July - you will be fully WORKING FROM HOME
The working shifts are from Monday to Sunday (2 free days /week)
There are 2 options for the timetable:
- MORNING: from 8:00 to 16:00
- EVENING: from 16:00 to 00:00
The Salary is according to the Contact Center Agreement + bonuses up to 700€ per year (All sums to around 17K - 18K euros per year)
There will be an online selective training course with a duration of 3 days (scheduled to start on the 21th of July)
