Job Description:
- At Babel we trust in you and your skills: You will be responsible for your own clients, build long lasting, strong relationships and partner with hiring managers making sure their recruitment needs are met
- Identifying effective recruiting channels and sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best talents
- Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle of mid and senior level roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes
- Never boring and never the same: You will touch different profiles, levels and clients and will get to know Barcelona’s job market from different angles
- Helping candidates preparing to go live during the recruitment process (profile polishing, best practices and being their Go-To-Person when they need you). At Babel we are parters of both clients and candidates!
