Job Description

Coordinate Kids &Baby and Licenses portfolio for 2022 that meets revenue growth, margins, profitability and style/SKU productivity.

Advise Kids and Licenses new opportunities and business plan directions.

Support Kids and Licenses sell in tool and data knowledge to influence sales and channel strategy.

Ensure that marketing reach the % marketing investment agreement by Licensee.

Sell out analysis and recommendations.

Advise Customization new opportunities and business plan directions.

Ensure that the new portfolio meets revenue growth, margins, profitability and style/SKU productivity.

Coordinate Sell in and collection launching

Sell out analysis and recommendations.

Lead HATCH sell in tool.

Support collection launching: PPTs and videos.

Coordinate SMU´s and partner program.

Support the go-to-market together with Trade and Comms.

Product and collection trainings to staff (stores, customer service, new members).

Tapping into consumer data from all transactional touch points to create and deliver reports to support merchandising and commercial decisions.

Deliver reports on post collection results to establish key factors for success or areas of improvement

Partner with the E-tailers and Customer service to capture value from the data base

Push for wholesale sell out data

Set competitors analysis periodically
