The Gerente/Manager IT will have the following responsibilities:
Coordination of necessary human and technical resources to manage and control all IT Services delivered in Spain following Product & Tech standards.
Fulfil functional and business requirements for Spain with proper Service management of IT Processes
Alignment with Product & Tech direction for the implementation of related IT and Business projects with a clear roadmap (Time/cost)
Continues improvement and optimization of the Team based on Business and Product and Tech Strategies.
Ensure the level of service in customer service delivery processes aligned to Product & Tech quality standards, in coordination with the central operational teams
Alignment with Country Strategy / Product & Tech / ECI / to define and adopt, through governance channels and central / local stakeholders, the plan of the local IT roadmap with a triennial perspective to achieve the goals of the company and the country
Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and communication to the country managers and Product & Tech of the progress made in the agreed implementation of the project roadmap for the year
Preparation and control of the IT budget
Opening new communication channels and performance assessment processes (IT services survey) to ensure information sharing, promotion of new services and obtaining feedback for service improvement.
