For our growing business with German clients and the D/A/CH market, Catenon is looking for a German Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Involved in all key phases of the recruitment process.
- Direct Search of potential candidates.
- Filtering candidates using our unique technological tools.
- Conducting interviews according to job requirements.
- Presenting short-listed candidates to hiring managers.
- Remain in close contact with project manager and client.

Requirements:
- Fluent in German, fluent in English, other languages are very welcome.
- Some professional experience in recruitment or HR.
- Knowledge and experience with IT systems, tools or languages would be an asset.
- Interest in in the area of recruitment and/or HR Projects.
- Comfortable with new technologies.
- Dynamic and proactive.
