HR Generalist - Administrative (H/M)
Global company based in Barcelona.
Manage personnel administration (including but not limited to employment contracts, internal regulations, salary, bonus, social security, etc.). Serve as advisor on all payroll issues.
Keep track of attendance and administer leave requests, disability claims, and worker’s compensation claims. Respond to concerns of any employment related legal issues, fraudulent or ethical complaints.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and ensure the company adheres to legal standards.
Organize and maintain validation of all HR related contracts such as insurances, licenses, agreements and registrations.
Represent organization in all HR related meetings and negotiations.
Monitor the performance management system and evaluation process to ensure reports are generated as scheduled.
Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to retirement.
Identify the training needs of the organization and coordinate training programs.
Manage and supervise the usage of the company’s inventory and infrastructure.
Provide general support activities and services to allow employees work comfortably, especially at the beginning. (Reception, managing car leasing, business travel, etc.)

35.000 € SBA + 5.000 € bonus
