Job Description:
We look for a Strategic Analyst with experience in the Bank Assurance Sector
We offer a 1-year project, starting immediately

Key Accountabilities
Evolving our strategy
Company’s strategy development tracking, challenging the achievement of the main action plans
Provide analytical knowledge of key market trends and innovation with a critical spirit to detect business opportunities and make recommendations for the company to make well-formed decisions.
Analyse market information both quantitative and qualitative with a critical spirit to detect business opportunities and risks
Assess, improve and comply with the governance model (agenda, structure, attendees, etc.) while being instrumental in providing strong contents
Lead and support some of the most relevant action plans of the company
Ensures key stakeholders receive appropriate guidance and supports in managing their deliverables.
Additional Job Functions
Builds strong relationships with key executives and strategy development staff
Assist the communication of strategic contents to internal and external stakeholders.
Show results orientation and personal initiative.
Supports projects by leading sub- work streams with high strategic importance.
Promotes knowledge sharing throughout the strategists’ network and the broader organization.
Gathers market information and disseminates the information to internal audiences.
Business Accountabilities
Lead or manage relevant work streams, projects or programs which are related to strategy and governance or are cross-cutting topics (i.e: Sustainability)
Advice and challenge business division/ business/ center of expertise in the development and execution of their area of expertise to enable the implementation of strategy, projects and change initiatives.
Market and competitors detailed analysis to detect opportunities and anticipate risks
In terms of Governance, preparation and coordination of the different activities and materials required for different forums: Board of Directors, town halls, ad hoc presentation to internal/external stakeholders, etc.
Performance Management Accountabilities
Model behaviours that demonstrate commitment to corporate values.
Provide input into performance management discussions of project team members.
Provide guidance and mentoring support for team members.
Take action to manage own personal development and encourage others to do the same.

You would work 2 days onsite and 3 days home office
