- Execute good quality candidates’ search, aiming at finding candidates that match with the vacancies your Buddy and you are managing
- Check candidates’ skills in phone calls and face-to-face interviews
- Understand clients’ hiring needs, aiming at finding the best candidates for their positions
- After three months, manage your own recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
- Build successful and long-lasting relationships with candidates
- Work together with your buddy in order to achieve monthly and weekly targets
- After six months, you will have the possibility to be promoted to Recruitment Consultant
