A growing industrial business is looking for new talented people to join our Sales department. The successful candidate for this position will need excellent communication, persuation and problem-solving skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task, flexibility and be a team player.
Your functions would be:
- Actively promote the sales of replacement filters and other catalogue products via phone.
- Focus on a specific region, achieving goals and a good costumer relationship (with current and potential contacts).
- Solve customer issues.
- Market Research and scout potential account to increase sales.
- Make quotes for the supported customer and follow up.
- Ability to be independent and proactive, plan calls and growth.
- Make written and oral presentations for customers and industry groups.
- Monitor competitor activity, sharing information with colleagues for better strategic placement.
What we offer you:
- A permanent full-time job of 40 hours per week
- WFH policy to be applied; after the initial training (1 month)
- Schedule: 8 - 17h (1h flexibility), from Monday to Thursday. Short shift on Friday, from 8 to 15h.
- Salary: 21.000 € (fix) + 14.000 € (variable) gross per year - achievable bonus
- Training and internal growth opportunities
- Shuttle from FCG and RENFE to the organisation (company located in Terrassa)
