Large multinational insurance company based in Madrid

Balances multiple projects with some direction, regularly meeting timelines and deliverables.

Performs comprehensive peer-reviews on data inputs and outputs for technical provisions calculations and underwriting risks capital calculations.Pulls data through available sources to conduct ad hoc analysis of metrics.

Sets up and runs various actuarial models with support from experienced actuaries.

Conducts moderate complexity analysis under minimal supervision such as implementing various actuarial analyses, programs, and procedures to support the preparation of reports, contributing to the underlying analysis on projects important to the business and assisting in regulatory filings compilation.

Assists in the formulation of recommendations regarding Solvency II reporting.

Contribute to the Actuarial Function Report opinion on Reserving, Underwriting and Reinsurance.

Assist in the ORSA process with actuarial calculations in the stresses & scenarios generation.

Keeps manager and all others involved and informed of progress.

Serves as team member on moderate complexity projects.

Leads and owns standardized work streams.
