We offer an 12-month project, starting in September
Spotlight is a weekly training series for sellers and specialists. A unique EMEA program, it is built to effectively drive Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Google Ads education across the different cross functional teams.
You will liaise with GTM Product teams to plan the program and provide sales teams with up-to-date and in-depth product info, best practices, and implementation from their product experts.
As the Spotlight Program Manager you will partner with the Regional and Global Product Leads to develop the weekly content plan and session calendar, liaise with speakers to facilitate the live webinars and coordinate logistics.
You will oversee the program end-to-end to ensure its success:
Own the Spotlight series from planning to execution and update stakeholders along the way.
You will partner closely with GTM Product Leads, GMP sales leaders and Specialists as well as thier Global Solutions Leads to build the Spotlight content strategy.
Collect suggestions from stakeholders, define agendas and schedule corresponding speakers across different orgs (LCS, GMP, gTech)
Oversee building deck templates, review and drive consistency on content working with GTM EMEA.
Upgrade the platform in which the program runs to a more user friendly and Google branded site.
