Main functions of the position:
Ensuring ordering and shipment of all project required material in time, complete and most efficient considering all logistics requirements.
Planning of required material and shipment batches
Inventory checks, control and reservation of material for project
Follow-up of the shipment until arrival at point of handover
Creation of shipping documents with necessary interfaces;
Arrange export customs clearance in cooperation with Customs Dept
