Job Description:
Strong understanding of finance/ accounting is required,Very high English level
5 years of experience working within Investor Relations

Multinational Company.

Generation and maintenance of corporate materials

Play a key role in drafting and producing quarterly results materials (earnings reports, presentations, scripts, Q&A and review of press releases), working with internal stakeholders and external advisors to refine and develop key messaging.

Contribute in the preparation of the Annual and Interim Reports, working closely with Accounting team, as well as Annual Integrated Report.

Prepare and distribute regulatory filings with CNMV/ SEC.

Assist on the preparation of other internal and external reports (Annual Corp. Governance Report, IR Policy and related annual report, Transfer Pricing report, etc.)

Assist, as required, on the preparation of issuance-related corporate documents (prospectuses, offering memorandums, etc.)

Contact with Investment Community

Become a first point of contact for sell side and buy side equity and credit analysts.

Respond quickly and accurately to requests for information, taking into account potential disclosure issues and sensitivities in coordination with the Director of IR/ CFOs (both corporate and from the listed subsidiary), advisors and/or lawyers.

Attend investor meetings as needed, capturing all points discussed and keeping a meeting log. Ensure follow ups are dealt with in a timely manner and use feedback to keep an up to date Q&A document.

Work with the Director of IR and IR advisory agency on investor targeting, especially for the US listed subsidiary.

Help with the organization and attendance to roadshows, conferences and investor events.

Analysis

Review analyst projections (models if provided) from equity and credit analysts and provide feedback on deviations vs. internal budget and forecasts (based on publicly available information) and public guidance.

Review and provide feedback on analyst research reports.

Produce end of day trading levels for the Company’s public securities

Produce monthly stock market reports for the CEO/CFO/Board.

Monitor competitor results and draw out relevant themes and learnings for the management team.

Review rating agencies reports and ensure alignment with Company’s projections. Keep and open dialogue with rating agencies’ analysts.

Salary package: 50.000 euros fixed salary + bonus + fringe benefits.

Final offer will depend on the real experience demonstrated along the process.
