Job Description:
8 to 10 years as HR Coordinator Plant Manager in Industrial Plant
Very high level of English.

A leading multinational company is looking for an HR Plant Manager for its offices in Madrid, reporting to the Corporate HR Director, with the following challenges and responsibilities:
Ensure the implementation of HR policies, acting as a point of contact between the HR Headquarters team and the area under your responsibility, being a key advisor on HR matters for the group, by identifying problems, opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions.
You will facilitate communication actions and engagement initiatives, as well as the necessary tools and resources to contribute to the development of people.
You will be responsible for HR processes and projects, such as Annual Salary Review, Performance and Talent Reviews.
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Cost control Area budget: Key performance indicators, target setting and management.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Share a trusting relationship with work-group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
You will contribute to the identification of talent needs and talent acquisition and carry out the Safety & Wellbeing actions of the centre together with the Safety Manager.
