Job Description:
The Member Experience Agent responds to a wide variety of member requests by accurately assessing the
member’s needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum
member satisfaction while complying with The I/O policies.
This position is on a rotating shift basis, including afternoon-night shifts and on-job training will be provided.
The Member Experience Agent will be responsible for:
• Handles all member’s interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism,
accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Resolves customer complaints; assist members in all inquiries in connection with gym/club services,
hours of operations, classes offered, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Welcome and goodbye members in an efficient and friendly manner, using member’s name whenever
possible.
• Arranges reservations including classes, dinner, special treatments (acupuncture, massage...), etc. as
needed and coordinates reservations. Provides member with an approved confirmation for each booking.
SE REQUIERE
Experience as Guest Relations/Receptionist/Hostess will be highly valued.
• Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset.
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Love to have fun at work and enjoy working as a part of an energetic team
• Working experience in luxury establishments and an international environment will be highly
valued.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Experience and/or interest in the Health/Fitness Industry would be valuable
• English and Spanish is a must, other languages will be valuable
