The successful candidate will have previously worked in the financial sector.

Diary management and meeting coordination for team members
Arranging both internal and external meetings, video-conferences and conference calls
Arranging domestic and international travel schedules including visa applications when required
Expense management and accounts reconciliation
Telephone coverage
Updating and maintaining the relevant banker contacts database
Maintaining team holiday record
Photocopying, printing and binding of documents
Acting as data steward for the team contacts database. This entails inputting business cards onto the system and ensuring that the relevant people have access and the information throughout the company accurate.
General administration duties e.g. emails, filing notes
Assistance in office management related issues (kitchen pantry orders, stationery orders, booking repairs, clearing meeting rooms after meetings, processing of supplier invoices)
Occasional cover for EA and OM
