Pharmaceutical company located in Barcelona is looking for a Junior Distribution Planner for maintain a healthy stock of goods maximizing the service to customer and reducing the investment.

Reporting to Distribution Planning Manager your key accountabilities will be:

Define the procurement strategy based on specifications of business and suppliers

Optimize the Customer Service level.

Keep the stock levels below budgets (minimizing coverage).

Monitor and evaluate changes on customers demand.

Minimize the expiration and obsolescence of stock.

Balance stock among different warehouses.

Follow up deliveries of suppliers.

Claim complaints in deliveries from suppliers.

Manage returns to suppliers (requesting credit notes).

Align procedures between suppliers and the Logistics.
