We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team of professionals.

What are the functions?

* As a servant leader, promotes adoption of an agile mindset through teaching, mentoring, and coaching.
* Utilizes lean-agile tools and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
* Facilitates team progress toward goals and commitments through improvements in quality, predictability, and flow.
* Ensures the team is utilizing agile ceremonies effectively such as daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives to maximize value delivery. Actively participates in and/or facilitates these ceremonies.
* Aids the team to improve team dynamics, performance, and management of conflicts through application of agile principles.
* Supports and coaches all team members and builds collaborative, transparent relationships throughout the enterprise to assist the team with managing interdependencies, mitigating risks, and resolving impediments.
