The network Optimization Manager will have:

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the administrative and technical activities of the Network Optimization team.
2. Manage the optimization team to supervise preliminary radio network design.
3. Manage and report on the coverage design of the network.
4. Define and implement network optimization strategies and parameter modification standards.
5. Plan / forecast activities to improve network coverage quality and performance for all team member.
6. Budget estimation, cost control, progress and quality management for optimization and team activities;
7. Launch DT&CQT test and analyze measurements result.
8. Manpower resource plan and management;
9. Arrange the work for all optimization team members;
10. Manage the team member to collect, analyze, oversee and improve the network KPI.
11. Arrange the team member for DT&CQT test and analyze measurements result.
12. Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues.
13. Perform any other assignments according to superior request.
14. Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports and company internal order regulation.
15. Take all kinds of technical trainings and improve the skills in regards with RF Optimization.
