Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
- Organize and maintain the common spaces of the office.
- Purchase and inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage CEO and COO’ schedules and appointments.
- Book accommodation and flights for business travels.
- Event organization: help marketing with event organization and organizing company activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Plan and manage office turns and scheduling according to current COVID measurements and remote working structure.
- Handle office invoices by collecting and classifying monthly invoices for the finance team.
- Manage internal staff relations.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
