A Real Estate Company that specializes in the development of mixed-use projects and in the development, renovation and operation of hotels and resorts located in Mallorca.

Reporting to the CEO of the company, your responsibilities will be:

Acting as a first point of contact with third parties.

Diary management - Proactively managing, scheduling, and prioritizing meetings and events.

Travel management.

Prepare agenda and logistics for meetings.

Administrative support.

Market, product and other research activities

Support in preparation and proofreading of presentation materials for meetings

Assist to accommodate private and professional agenda.
