We want to train and develop future Experts, in accordance with the Company’s Values and Policies, a pool of people prepared for the implementation of the Strategic Plan.

As a PRODUCTION GRADUATE EXPERT some of your responsibilities will be:

- Support facilities in deployment of Saica Production System (SPS) which includes:

- WIS (Work Instruction System) implementation support: train-the-trainers, documentation organization & digitalization and perform audits to check on the quality of the WIS methodology implementation,

- Support the waste management implementation in the selected facilities: base-line on current plants’ waste mgmnt and support implementation of basic best practices,

- Support the corporate SPS organization in organizing lean manufacturing trainings and other specific needs,

- Follow-up on the bi-monthly and other project statistics.
