Sales-related support
Preparing quotes
Continuously answer and take care of calls regarding purchasing orders, claims, delivery requests and enquiries, sample or catalog requests and other enquiries from customers issues
Manage inquiries via general email inboxes and ensuring they are actioned everyday
Support Sales on tender bids with quoting (collecting all the documents, making sure that the administrative part is managed and the dead line is respected)
Coordinate with Sales and Logistics to send out demos, samples, and marketing materials
Customer data management in the CRM for the territory in charge
Complaint management : opening, follow-up and closing of SS&OP related cases in the CRM with Sales and PSS
Order processing & order management support
Ensureorderfulfilmentbyliaisingwith central or local warehouses
Coordinate order fulfilment with logistics, sales reps, service and end users (customers)
Document new customers in CRM tool, maintain data in CRM and eShop system
Liaise with sales reps and end-users in relation to order information (including order tracking)
Share orders with finance for payment fulfilment
Manage order-related complaints
Coordination of the local Team
Guide the team (2 persons) and liaising with the Area Team Leader (Italy,
France and Ibérica)
Stable contract
Full time
Salary: 38.500€ B.A. + annual bonus
