Job Description:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will support company orgs operations for EMEA, with the main goal to maintain the health status of its implementations (Sales and Service cloud applications), contacting and supporting final users and quickly providing them the right help or solution.
With experience in all Salesforce functionalities and features, using its declarative configurations (point-and-click) mainly, not only you will have to perform adjustments and fixings, but you will be required to suggest and implement improvements whenever possible to optimize business operations also.
With a strong knowledge of the Salesforce’s automation toolset (Flow, Process Builder, etc…), you will assure the right coordination and will provide support during releases of new functionalities with other admin & developer team members.
The candidate will work following Agile methodologies and in a relation with the Salesforce architect and other team members, being able to propose and discuss with them the best approaches for delivering solutions.
The candidate will focus on the standard and ‘out of the box’ Salesforce solution capabilities, being able to propose custom solution when not possible.
Whenever needed you will join ‘rollout team’ and join efforts during new company and countries releases.
Key Activities and Responsibilities Include:
Final user support and bug fixing management
User creation and profile management with data access control, using all the sharing Salesforce capabilities
Report building, Salesforce native and with external reporting tool also (PowerBI)
Knowledge in Salesforce standard release processes and in using standard development tools like MS Visual Studio IDE and GIT
Collaborate with other Salesforce team members following Agile methodologies and using JIRA
Collaborate with the Functional team gathering requirements and discussing technical solutions with them
