Job Description:
Experience as a Commercial Finance Business Partner within a multionatinational|Strategic thinker, with a challenging status quo mindset

Reporting to the Head of the Division, your main responsibilities will be:

Build a strong and effective partnership with the Region Directors and Commercial teams across Europe; Act as the revenue gatekeeper - working with the wider Finance team to ensure that revenue is reported accurately and that invoicing processes are well controlled;Lead the development of analysis and insight which drives a deeper understanding of revenue and pricing trends. Develop robust Customer Profitability reporting and engage with commercial and operations teams to identify actions to drive improved performance;Build and track a Strategic Revenue Management tool, provide recommendations on sales price strategy to the executive team, with the goal of driving profitable growth and improving customer retention;Develop a smart, data driven, customer categorization process to drive more accurate insight into segment performance. Work alongside the Master Data team to implement a strong system of control and governance to ensure ongoing data accuracy as well as alignment on service offerings across Europe;Build monthly reporting capability and KPI’s which tracks performance vs plan. Identify root cause of key variances and drive action plans to either close gaps or leverage incremental performance from favorable trends;Develop predictive analysis which builds an understanding of the medium/long-term impact of actions taken today. This will include Price churn analysis, Annualized Recurring Revenue, Customer Lifetime Value, Customer Quit Prediction and Customer Mix Impacts;Lead the revenue element of the development of the Annual Operating Plan, 3 Year Strategic Plan and Forecasts;

Develop a consistent approach to new business tenders. Implement a standardized review process and harmonizes the modeling approach across all countries;Support M&A activity, including initial modeling, due diligence, and on-boarding to ensure that revenue & customer data integrity is maintained; Provide insight and analysis to support Sales & Marketing investment decisions and other projects to optimize network performance across Europe.
