A growing industrial business is looking for new talented people to join their Technical Service Coordination team.
The successful candidate for this position will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task, flexibility and be a team player.
Your functions would be:
- To handle and maximize all existing customers in the provision and supply of After Market products and services
- Planning new and renewed contracts by acting as a main communicator between the customers, the technicians and other departments involved
- Maximizing the technician’s chargeable working hours and monitor efficiency of working time
What we offer you:
- Permanent full-time position
- Schedule: 8 -17h, Monday – Friday
- A competitive salary in line with your experience and skills (between 26.000 and 30.000 € gross yearly)
- Telework policy will be applied after the initial training (1 month), working remotely 2-3 days per week
- One-week trip will be required during the onboarding
- Shuttle service from Bcn to the offices
