We are looking for Scrum Masters to coach and enable our Engineering teams to work efficiently and quickly together. You will collaborate with cross functioning, highly skilled engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· As a servant leader, promotes adoption of an agile mindset

through teaching, mentoring, and coaching.

· Be responsible of ensuring overall productivity within the team

· Assist in project planning, oversee the development and overall

support of the team throughout the products’ software

development lifecycle

· Experience 3 years as Scrum Master

· Experience working with agile methodologies

· Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation,

situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement,

empowerment, and increasing transparency.

· Fluent in English
