The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

Economic Controlling of Student Residence projects, included monitoring and analysis of:

bookings, deposits, rent and bad debt,

operational expenditure (OPEX)

capital expenditure (CAPEX)

corporate expenditure of the PropCo

equity investment,

financial debt, shareholder and financial entities debt

financial result

Reporting to the Management: quarterly and annual

Preparation and monitoring of Annual Budget

Preparation and monitoring of Business Plan

Assistance on the Valuation of the Assets

Management of the third parties existing debt
