Communications Coordinator English C1|Educational Group

The Communications Coordinator English C1 will provide the development and implementation of key internal and all external communications initiatives with stakeholders and target audiences ; promote a positive public image amongst the school audiende; collaborate with others in the organisation to achieve brand consistency , coordination of messages , and the highest standards for external communications ; create and implement school-wide design message and content generation ; participate in strategizing and executing the brand awareness ans positioning of the school.
Development, implementation and monitoring of communications strategic plans: * Aligned with the strategic lines defined and set by the Marketing Manager, responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the communications plan (internal comms road map such as contents, formats, channels, periodicity and publications as well as the external comms related to target audience and media), focusing on the brand value of the school.
* Development of P.R. innovative initiatives that contribute to community´s engagement and brand advocacy (i.e. events, focus groups, etc…).
* Management of feedback from Voice of Parents surveys (analysis reports and coordination for feedback when needed between the parties involved).
Development of school website and social media channels:
* Identification, coordination, production and feeding of website and SSMM contents and news. Responsible for content related protocols to keep the website and SSMM channels effective and up to date.
* Monitoring of school awareness and impact results for marketing purposes (production of KPI reports in regards awareness analysis through the school website and level of activity and success on social media channels).
Brand value responsibility:
* Quality control of meaningful contents, presentations and dissemination of miscellaneous publications and reports following the strategic lines defined by the Marketing Manager.
* Proactively seek media coverage (aligned with the marketing plan)for newsworthy initiatives. Identification of best poke persons inside the school for interviews.
* Develop press releases, fact-sheets and backgrounders.
