Monthly bank reconciliations.

Cash management (minimum cash balance, minimum overdue).

Prepare and control Intercompany reconciliations with all related parties.

Provide reports and data analysis to various internal stakeholders.

Lead internal and external audits.

Facilitate the monthly and annual financial closing processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested.

Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting, discrepancies and other financial related issues.

Maintain contact with the bank and manage different bank products.

Support Finance Manager / Financial Controller Europe with ad-hoc analysis.

Support and assist Rep Offices - Tax returns; Financial support.
