Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
Defining recruitment strategy in line with business needs.
Manage the recruiting processes autonomously and organize the onboarding for the new employees.
Ensure the established recruitment processes are followed by Hiring Managers to guarantee a solid and engaging candidate experience.
Organise and lead meetings with the hiring managers to give them the appropriate visibility.
Responsible for developing retention plans and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop an employer brand strategy in line with the recruitment objectives of each department.
Provide guidance on HR policies (compensation & benefits, absences, performance evaluation and development).
Responsible for the implementation and management of an ATS.
Manage relations with external partners: consulting firms, lawyers, job portals, etc.
Proactively coming up with new ideas to improve, keeping in mind the business strategy and needs.
Core Skills/experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Labour Relations or similar.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting tech and IT profiles.
Digital/IT/Gaming start-up background
Experience developing talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Charisma and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Positive, self-starter attitude with a startup mindset and is highly adaptable.
Flexible and able to work in a fast paced, hard-working environment and demonstrate commitment to the role and to drive development.
