- Control delivery flow and couriers’ level of service and solve de day-to-day issues in the package delivery.
- Ensure the delivery service is accomplished by our external couriers and report any deviation.
- Purpose processes and methods to gather supply chain data together with our Data team.
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance, warehouse, and vendors.
- Cooperate with sales and customer service departments to improve the quality.
