From Luxe Talent we are looking for a motivated and self driven Merchandising & Product Director to lead collection briefs and define collection structure to ensure the collection and categories are built to meet the strategic targets of the brands.

Please note that the position will be based in Alicante and requires you to relocate.

Job Description:

Prepare the collection briefs (performance synthesis, market feedback, best and worst sellers).

Drive assortment style and flow needs.

Manage monthly sales plan.

Coordinate design, production and merchandising planning

Partner with Sales team to understand, influence and drive business objectives/customer needs, and identify category/product opportunities.

Definition and roll out of buying strategy.

Define price strategy in line with regional competitors to ensure revenue growth, margins and profitability.

Price analysis (average, wholesale, retail etc).
