Job Description:
Marel Meat is looking for an energetic and technical Account Manager for Spain and Portugal.
As Account Manager, you will be a part of a collaborative team of sales people and experts in equipment and processing systems for the industry.
Your responsibilities will include establishing a strong relationship with the customers, in order to assess their needs. In this role, you have a clear understanding of the components of the products, the ability to do customers trials and eventually setting up the machinery at the customer location. As Account Manager, you will take care of Marel´s single machines for meat processing.

Main Tasks
- Maintain a close contact with existing and potential customers in the market as well as building and maintaining a deep knowledge of customers’ needs and offer best solution
- Responsible for customer trials and machines set up directly at customers location
- Drive the sales; justify their value and increase Marel’s market share year on year while meeting our customers’ requirements
- Responsible for visit reports, lead registration and follow-up (maintaining data in Company CRM systems)
- Participate in and partly in the organization of commercial activities such as exhibitions, demos and other events
