We are looking for an Outbound Sales Agent with a native level English to join a multinational organisation with an international and positive working environment!

A growing industrial business is looking for new talented people to join their Outbound Sales Team. The successful candidate for this position will be increasing proactively the customer base of the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Proactively call potential or inactive clients in order to engage them
- Client prospection and lost customers research
- Create qualified sales leads for the aftermarket representative team
What we offer:
- A permanent full-time job
- Schedule: 8-17h (1 hour flexibility) and short shift on Friday (8-15h)
- WFH policy after the 1st month of initial training (working remotely 2-3 days a week)
- Training and internal growth opportunities
- Company located in Terrassa
- Shuttle service from Barcelona to the offices
- Salary: 21.000€ gross yearly fix + 9.600€ gross yearly plus
