Luxe Talent, international recruitment agency, is searching for a Store Manager to join an exciting brand, and business, with one of their Flagship Stores in Las Rozas.

Some of the main functions of the position are as follows:s

Main responsible for the store performance and achieve the set retail and sales targets.

Initiate activities to drive sales to ensure the targets are being met.

Identify objectives and set priorities to meet short- and long-term goals and delegating responsibilities to the store team.

Responsible for analyzing and following up on the store performance.

Observe and conform to all retail policies and procedures being done as per retail and procedures manual.

Oversee physical store operations including maintenance to ensure the environment meets health & safety and Company standards.

Responsible for communicating and reporting back to Area Manager/ Retail Manager the sales and retail KPI’s in time. (on a weekly and a monthly basis).

Recruit, onboard, train and develop the team ensuring individuals have a clear understanding of the goals and objectives

Motivate the team- Act as a role model to never stop learning and inspire the team to develop.

Responsible for creating a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and targets.

Ensure constant team development through our learning platform,

Ensure the visual presentation and merchandising of the Store is consistent with Global guidelines.
