Our mission as HRBPs retail is to be a strategic ally of the business (ECI / RETAIL), with a double vision HR / RETAIL, and act as internal consultants and experts in the different areas that involve enhancing human talent within a legal framework, leading to a positive impact on sales.
The goal is…
-Contribute to the growth of sales at retail locations by implementing strategies, HR policies, projects and procedures from the field of people management.-Align HR strategies and operations with the development of the business within the company, strengthening human capital.-Support our internal clients and collaborators to achieve their objectives at the point of sale, reducing costs and directly boosting sales.
Your functions will be...
TALENT:
*Recruitment:
- New openings’ recruitment strategy together with the Retail and Area Managers;
- Monitor and follow up on-going recruitment processes for Sales Advisors, making sure all vacancies are covered on time and following corporate standards
- Skype/face to face interviews for the most relevant profiles (SM and ASM);
- Making sure each store manager performs a successful interview to hire the best candidates
*Welcome On Board
- Adaptation of the in-store Training Plan. We participate by accompanying the trainers in their evaluation and monitor the training to ensure that its objectives are met
*Training:
- Detection of training needs of our internal customers: Retail Managers, Area Managers, Store Managers ... and we adapt ad hoc training plans.
*Development
- Daily coaching and performance monitoring, aligned to the strategic guidelines of the retail management- Internal Talent Detection: career plans that promote the retention of internal talent
Labour relations:
*Labour Legal Support
-Accompaniment to business in the resolution of legal and labor problems, being fundamental support in the design of strategies as well as in decision-making and their subsequent execution and monitoring
- Adapt the operation of the business within a legal framework
- Resolution of labor doubts, interpretation of agreements/statutes, labor legislation with Area managers and store managers
- Strategies related to dismissals, negotiations, execution
- Management of labor inspections and collective mediations
- Advice and negotiation of reductions in working hours due to legal guardianship and hourly specifications
- Management and realization of work calendars
- Management and negotiation of excess hours, taking into account correctly made schedules, working hour records, etc.
- Design strategies for the reduction/increase of ftes looking for the efficiency of the store structures
- Full participation in the store closing process: communication, documentation preparation
- Strategy and execution in the application of the sanctioning/warning system
*Committees Represent. Trade Unions
- Build good relationships with company committees and union representatives, acting as the point of union between the needs of the employees and the business, reaching agreements, negotiating, and ultimately seeking the balance point between their requirements and those of the company
*Payroll:
-Participation together with business in the Compensation and Benefits System + Commissions and Bonus System of the company, seeking synergies that guarantee the best performance of the employees and therefore an increase in sales
Store Visits
- On-site accompaniment to our employees, understanding first-hand business needs, challenges, opportunities, problems, providing immediate strategies and solutions, acting as internal collaborators that help them maximize their potential and therefore their sales.
