Job Description:
High level of English is mandatory|Navision or Dynamics 365 is a plus
E-commerce player specilized in the sale of nutritional products (such as vitamins, minerals and food supplements).
The company is part of an international group which is a fast-growing European consumer healthcare platform.
Offices in Spain are located in North West of Madrid (Las Rozas).
The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:
Customeradministration
Follow up on invoicing
Experience with Amazon sales is a plus
Purchase and financial entries (sales are booked automatically).
Invoice and price control
Supplier administration: timely payment of all purchase invoices (once approved) + follow up on any disputes
Preparation and follow-up of tax returns (VAT declaration & Intrastat declaration, excise declaration, annual accounts, Corporate income tax and sheets in consultation with accounting office)
Establishing an annual budget for costs and following up the annual budget (together with management)
Point of contact for audit firms and corporate finance
Closingprocess:
Monthly closings to corporate management
Yearly closings for statutory purposes
Group reporting
Preparing for and assisting during the annual audit
Preparation of possible tax audits (in consultation with accounting office)
Follow up financing/contact with banks
