Responsible for accounting, tax and treasury function.

Oversee the general ledger and accounting outsourced to third party.

Monthly internal and external reporting.

Tax compliance and oversee Tax forms and calculations (outsourced to third party).

Treasury function including invoicing, collections and payments.

Cash flow management and forecasting.

Annual management of financial statement preparation and external audits.

Collaborate with various departments including business, accounting, and information technology to identify and
implement improve effectiveness of systems, processes and reporting.

Manage debt facilities, draw downs and related valuation and admin work related to assets, servicing of debt and
meeting performance targets.
