Multinational Engineering company, is looking for experienced Aeronautical Engineers within the aeronautical sector to join our team in the Middle East. The duration of the project is between 1-2 years at our client premises.

STATIC STRESS

* More than 5 years of relevant Experience
* Be able to read, understand and interpret and write English technical documents level B2 or higher)
* Understanding of aircraft certification rules and experience in certification procedures.
* FEM modelling experience (Patran/Nastran, Abaqus or Hypermesh)
* Mechanics skills: static design forces/strength/stability, execute and verify hand calculations and FEM calculations.
* Good understanding of aircraft structural load path and have experience with analysis methodologies for various primary and secondary structural components.
* Experience in both Metal and CFRP materials
* Be able to create high level concept designs and find solutions for conflicting requirements.
* Experience in military projects, Fighter Jets, Trainer Aircrafts or Acrobatic Aircrafts is preferr

FATIGUE STRESS

* More than 5 years of relevant Experience
* Be able to read, understand and interpret and write English technical documents level B2 or higher)
* Understanding of aircraft certification rules and experience in certification procedures.
* Defining stress concentrations, stress intensity factors, bearing and bypass stress, and stress/load factors by finite element modelling and analysis
* Performing durability and damage tolerance analysis, and stress analysis.
* Proficiency with NASGRO or similar industry standard crack growth analysis software.
* Good understanding of aircraft structural load path and have experience with analysis methodologies for various primary and secondary structural components.
* Analyze metals, non-metallic, and composite structures using both Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and classical hand calculation methodology
* Write structural test plans, test reports, and structural reports
* Providing technical inputs to mechanical designs during all phases of the design
* Experience in military projects, Fighter Jets, Trainer Aircrafts or Acrobatic Aircrafts

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

* More than 5 years of relevant Experience
* Be able to read, understand and interpret and write English technical documents level B2 or higher)
* 3D modelling experience, CATIA V5 or NX
* Research, develop, design, and document solutions for composite and metallic components and assemblies
* Apply good mechanical engineering judgement, concepts, and techniques to produce high quality manufacturable designs
* Support other functions throughout the design and build process
* Experience in military projects, Fighter Jets, Trainer Aircrafts or Acrobatic Aircrafts.

SYSTEM DESIGN

* More than 5 years of relevant Experience
* Be able to read, understand and interpret and write English technical documents level B2 or higher)
* 3D modelling experience, CATIA V5 or NX
* Wiring Diagrams Design using SEEXP or similar design packages
* Research, develop, design, and document solutions for mechanical, fluid and electric systems.
* Apply good engineering judgement, concepts, and techniques to produce high quality manufacturable designs
* Support other functions throughout the design and build process
* Experience in military projects, Fighter Jets, Trainer Aircrafts or Acrobatic Aircrafts.
