The Information Technology department is looking for an IT Analyst. She/he will be responsible for supporting IT Services and Project Management.

Key Action Areas:

•Understand Business Areas’ needs in order to identify and propose technical solutions to support them
•Analyze and perform problem-solving and resolution of simple issues. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician
•Give support to the resolution of Business Areas’ technical incidents
•Validation and testing development
•Reporting
