Responsibilities:
- Answer customers’ operational issues (e.g. deliveries, returns, order status, etc.).
- Be the first point of contact for customer accounts, as well as for a specialized topic
- Interact with other departments to resolve operational matters based on customer support (e.g. supply chain, sales, etc.).
- Train other team members when needed
- Contributes to optimize current processes in order to improve daily activities
