Pre-constructionbeforetonoticetoproceed:

provide inputs to scope of works, project delivery methodology and design;

provide technical advice and inputs to the development team;

support in the preparation and management of RFP processes;

assist in the preparation and negotiation of EPC contract;

assist in the financial close;

preparation of construction management plans.

ProjectManagement:

Management of the Project’s team;

Schedule, cost and quality compliance management;

Manage the contracts related to the Project;

Ensure the contractor’s progress, HSEQ management, design and any other are aligned with the Contract;

Manage the RFI / NCR processes;

Manage the interconnection process;

Monitoring commissioning and PAC testing phase;

Liaising with landowners, community, other stakeholders;

Manage EPC and internal budget;

Manage punch list and its resolution;

Provide internal and external reporting;

Manage regulatory compliance for the Project.

Postconstruction (postpracticalcompletion):

Punch list closing;

Provide lesson learned;

Formally close all the contracts;

Manage an effective handover.
