Job Description:
Multinational Final Company (Madrid)|Field Application Engineer Manager (Madrid)

Multinational Final Company (Madrid): Field Application Engineer Manager will work in close cooperation with Product Marketing, OEM Sales, TCs and Operations teams. She/he is to create strong key relationship with major accounts and partners.

Main responsibilities:
* Understand the eSIM and iSE ecosystem.
* Understand eUICC products.
* Establish close technical relationship with OEM/ODM/Partners.
* Manage licensed products to OEM/ODM/Partners: Define, Configure, Deliver, Manage POW process, Validate and Support.
* Build licensed products deliveries:
- eUICC OS static image. Technical datasheet.
- Training material. Samples (BAP).
* Define and specify demo cases and have them built.
* Educate the Sales team to make the first pitches to new customers and prospect.
* Provide technical material to support sales.
* Be the primary point of contact for Sales managers and TCs for support on eUICC.
* Provide product training to local FAE, Sales and customers.
* Support Sales to RFP ’s answers Main internal interfaces:
* Product Marketing Team: Support PDR process. Support eUICC OEM business. Support eUICC product roadmap.
* OEM Sales Team: Act as interface between technical and non-technical staff.
- Produce expert reports based on detailed evaluations and diagnosis.
- Collaborate with others above the front-line, many of whom are on different sites or locations. Detailed knowledge of relevant standards.
- Analyze technical specs of customer products. Understand the technical organization of customers.
- Assist in educating other TC on new technologies, new features and their related business.

Responsible for technical support process. Pre-Sales Support:
Support OEM Sales department for RFQ/RFP/RFI’s. Gather the technical requirements for product. Participate in workshops, customized technical presentation & material to customers. Provide technical consulting for product initiatives, and new projects. Post-Sales Support: Determine priorities for in site support. Check customer product evolution. Technical point contact. Provide in site support. On-going meetings for product support, technical initiatives, incidents and so on.

* PMO: Update and report on going actions. Main external interfaces:
* Manage relationship with all IC manufacturers and OEM/ODM which license company’s Operating System.
* Technically support all IC manufacturers and OEM/ODM which license company’s Operating System.
* Deliver all necessary sales material, samples to all IC manufacturers and OEM/ODM which license Company’s Operating System. Project Management
* Manage full project until getting customer approval.
* Define all needed specifications for the project.
* Perform the products customization.
* Certify the products with customers to get the approvals.
* Interface and coordinate with other internal departments of the company.
