Job Description:
At Grupo Planeta we are looking for a D2C Marketing programs specialist to define and develop the programs of marketing and internal processes that allow us to maximize customer acquisition, increase loyalty and maximize margins. You will work in an international environment, demanding and dynamic in which the ability to work as a team and adaptation to change will be necessary.
Responsibilities:
Global governance of EUR + USA D2C marketing programs roadmap.
To ensure that all marketing programs fulfil the needs and reach the goals in both sides: subscribers acquisition increase and customer retention.
To coordinate new marketing programs in order to boost subscriptions sales (new customers/more retention) in the most efficient way, by defining and implementing them together with key stakeholders. Global evaluation of MKT programs, as well as overall coordination of results. Daily management and local results monitoring is part of D2C local team responsibility.
To continuously look for improvements of current marketing programs and to proactively propose new initiatives.
To collect D2C local teams needs in order to improve current marketing programs or to generate/evaluate a new one.
To study global (EUR+USA) performance of the programs and to find good practises, to solve issues and to improve it.
To share best practice related to marketing programs with the global D2C team.
To be accountable for business processes definition related to subscription business model for EUR + USA.
To coordinate teams in order to find the best process definition that reaches business needs and goals but also making sure that are feasible.
To collect needs from all stakeholders in order to build a solid and strong D2C business process definition that considers the 360º impact in the business and company organisation.
To improve or re-define existing subscription business model processes that are not working properly, not well performing or that simply don’t satisfy current business needs.
To lead and support global (EUR + USA) subscription studies carried out by the Marketing Analyst, both in subscribers acquisition and retention.
To monitor the global (EUR+USA) studies about marketing programs performance and to share all know-how with D2C team and departments involved
