Senior Accountant|Real Estate company

Real Estate company located in Madrid (Downtown) is looking for a Senior Accountant for the finance department.

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and taxes.

Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

Train and guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities, reviewing work produced and answering questions.

Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.

Assist in the implementation of new ERP system and other accounting project.
