Job Description:
Lead the Service achievement of Key Accounts across the Flex Business Unit, teaming up with internal (site and central based sales and operations teams) and client (site and central based procurement, planning and logistics teams) key stakeholders.

Act as a Service single point of contact when it comes to Service-related KPI follow up (OTIF, inventory levels) and potential supply risks/issues with action plans to mitigate their impact.

Responsible for Service-related reporting.

Foster a demand-driven culture.

Analyze, prescribe and rollout improvements in Service-related processes to improve our performance and customer perception.

Promote and coordinate regular follow up meetings with both internal and customer teams.
